This application has received official endorsement from internationally renowned Yoga instructor John Scott and is designed to facilitate the development of a personalized Ashtanga Primary Series practice.

The customizer feature enables users to:

<li>Select specific Asanas while maintaining the traditional Primary Series sequence</li>
<li>Determine the number of repetitions, such as for Surya Namaskara A</li>
<li>Adjust the breathing duration within each Asana</li>
<li>Choose between full vinyasa or a modified approach within the Primary Series context</li>
<li>Estimate the overall duration based on selected parameters</li>
</ul>

Additional functionalities include:

<li>Simultaneous selection of multiple Asanas</li>
<li>Efficient filtering and quick selection options for Asanas</li>
<li>Options to select or deselect all Asanas at once</li>
</ul>

The Practice Builder features three predefined beginner sequences provided directly by John Scott, with the flexibility to add and customize up to ten personal sequences.

This comprehensive application offers:

<li>Audio recordings of chants led by John, including updated Practice and Closing Mantras with call-and-response features</li>
<li>Sanskrit pronunciation guides for numbers and key terms</li>

</ul>

The current version is tailored for practitioners already familiar with the Ashtanga Primary Series. It is not intended as a teaching tool for learning Yoga postures but serves as an aid for experienced practitioners to listen to John count through the Series in both full and abbreviated forms at their discretion.

John emphasizes the importance of consulting a qualified instructor to ensure safe and effective practice development.
